Shanghai Chaocheng Electron Science and Technology Co., Ltd. is located in Waigaoqiao Free Trade Zone, Pudong, Shanghai. We are a high-and-new technology enterprise with the registered capital of RMB50 million. We are devoted to designing and producing the components and fittings of textile machine. We integrate research, production and sales. We are in the leads of the same industries and linked with international high-tech enterprise.

Now there are more than 120 staffs, 42 technicians, 16 engineers, and 4 high-technicians. We have international advanced manufacture equipment, such as intelligent full auto-planting center, dynamic heat-ageing rack, 108pcs full auto wire-coiling machines and 4pcs pipelines imported from Japan and 2pcs machines from Taiwan. Based on the first-class tech of state key lab of Fudan University, we have successfully developed jacquard machine solenoid, weft-lifting solenoid, electronic dobby machine bar, weft-storage magnet pin, electric-controlled board, weft sensor, silk-sensitivity conductor, photoelectric switch, GTS sensor, photoelectric weft detector, analysis of weft storage circuit and SSR approved by our state and rewarded many times by the state council.

Our products are sold home and abroad. They are widely used in rapier looms, gripper-shuttle looms, air-jet looms, water-jet looms, electric dobby machines, electric jacquard machines, trademark machines, edge enhancement machines, webbing looms, weaving jacquard machines and weft conservators. We have passed ISO9001 approval, and some products get UL and CE approval. The performance, quality, reliability and productivity of each type are strictly tested in the design stage. While during the process of production, we execute CNC management in order to ensure the best quality. We are also granted as CQGC organization.
